Today is the day we have all been dreading, our last day of operation. It has been an amazing 10 years for us serving the community and we are so very thankful for love and support we've received, especially over the last week! We truly did have some of the most wonderful regulars a restaurant could ask for and everyone will be missed! Today, Sunday, we will be open one last time from 11am-2pm, so come enjoy a specialty hotdog before supplies run out! Thank you Lake Charles

Our last weekend of operation so come get your dogs! Unfortunately though because it is our last weekend, some items we were unable to restock on. At the moment we are currently out of Boudin, Pulled Pork, Turkey Franks, and Wheat Buns. We are forever grateful of all the love and support we have received and hopefully this will just be a hiatus and not a goodbye!

A little update. We'll be open our normal hours until 8 tonight for our area run club. We've enjoyed hosting you guys and appreciate the memories over the years. Due to overwhelming support of people coming in over the last few days and limited staff, we will be closing at 3pm from Tuesday through Sunday. Thanks for all the support!

Customers and Fans:

After much thought and consideration, we have decided to close Botsky’s. We wanted to take a few minutes to share some thoughts with the community. The business was started in 2013 and has been a staple in the downtown Lake Charles community for over 10 years. This decision did not come lightly for us, and we have been blessed and are thankful for all of the employees who have worked with us over the years. Without all the dedicated help we would not have been able to operate as successfully as we have.

As life goes on, interests and circumstances change. We have especially enjoyed being part of the Lake Charles downtown small business scene, and have been blessed to have amazing and loyal customers. We have enjoyed hosting the run club and taking the hotdog cart out to various venues, including Holly Beach, Crying Eagle, various festivals, etc. We have enjoyed hosting private events for people during some of their biggest days in their lives from birthdays to graduations to wedding events. Most importantly, we have enjoyed seeing the smiles on people’s faces when the enjoy their favorite dog or burger.

We wanted to give all of our customers the heads up of the closing, so you all have the opportunity to come enjoy one last dog or burger at the shop. Our last official day will be April 14, 2024. We would love for the Botsky’s brand to continue in Lake Charles at some point. Whether it is reopening down the line or new ownership in a new location, we are open to whatever plan God has in store.

We have been blessed and proud to own a successful business like Botsky’s during this this time in our lives. Thank you all again for supporting local businesses and God Bless!
