Flip for pictures. March29,2020 Sunday. My platter of Living Foods... better than anything I could ever find in a fancy restaurant. Full of Life.... Food As Medicine . The micro greens in my bowl today are: green daikon radish, pak choi, kale, red clover, Brussel sprouts, a spicy blend, pea greens.... sprouts are: adzuki, mung, pea, garbanzo........ home made kimchi.... in the bean mix I added some parsley, lemon juice , salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder so simple but taste amazing .decided to add some dried fig to the salad after I took the picture . The dressing is cashew with garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, apple cider vinegar. What I eat is always consistent no matter what is happening it’s always Living Foods along with fresh juiced grass juice and herbs .
