It’s been a wonderful season, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of the man who started it all. -Bill Heinen-

He was the founder of Boil N Go—the one who opened the doors, built it from the ground up, and created the purging tanks that set the standard for the quality crawfish our customers have come to know and love. His vision, hard work, and dedication are the very reason Boil N Go exists today and why we are still able to serve properly purged crawfish to our community.

Although we now carry the business forward, we want everyone to know that his legacy lives on in everything we do. From the process he built to the pride he took in his work, his impact will always be a part of Boil N Go.

We are incredibly grateful for the foundation he laid and the opportunity to continue what he started. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Please keep our family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this time.

Good Friday: 10 AM – 9 PM
Holy Saturday: 2 PM – 9 PM

📞 Be sure to call ahead and reserve your crawfish!

We kindly ask for your patience during our busy times, which are typically from 3 PM until close. We are working hard to get everyone’s orders out as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that most orders are larger than usual during this day, so it may take a little extra time to prepare.
