Life is more fun on Welcome to the home of Barbecue Fun in the Lake Charles area, Paul's Rib Shack! We take great meats, smoke them with tender-loving-care over a live real-wood fire, all with a flair for fun and Louisiana style. Our hope is that when you put those tender morsels of barbecue goodness in your mouth, you will say it's the best barbecue you can remember! (That's what the current members of tell us, anyway!)

Restaurant is open Wed-Sat, 11-9, at 4800 Nelson Rd. Come and enjoy some barbecue fun!

The Second Cup is bringing those cozy fall vibes on Thursday night. On Friday, Three Sheets is doing the classics right. And the Poule D'Eau Playboys are playing their first full show in the Backyard on Saturday night!

We're about to spill the beans on what makes our Green Beans so good👀

So, what's the secret? It's Brisket Au Jus! The leftover brisket juices add a depth of flavor and a hint of smokiness. When combined with our tender green beans and sauté, this side perfectly complements our delicious craft barbecue!

On Thursday, enjoy an acoustic set with pop hits and blues from Neal Smith. Mark Portier is bringing blues and classic rock for the perfect Friday night. And on Saturday Ray Thibodeaux & Allon Danser are filling the Backyard with high-energy, family-friendly Cajun music.
