This certified organic coffee is roasted by the amazing team over at and comes from the Chicoj cooperative in Guatemala. Founded in 1985, the cooperative has grown in training and technical assistance to achieve better coffee management and improved processing of the coffees from the 400 members in the region.

This coffee is a great selection for SOB. Blending the dark roasted and lighter roasted portions together creates a cup that is sweet and savory, with dark chocolate depth of flavor balanced out by pleasant citrus; a one-of-a-kind Single Origin Blend, or S.O.B.

Minnesota roasted, launched in January of 2018, Folly was born by a deep passion for high end specialty coffees and a lot of hard work from scratch. Folly Coffee Roasters is independently owned and operated, roasting all of their small batch coffee in St. Louis Park, MN (just outside of Minneapolis). They started Folly to introduce people to the world of specialty coffee without any of the pretentiousness. Their coffees are among the best in the country and we are so excited to be able to bring them into the Charlotte market!!

How it started, how it went, how it ended 😅🤦🏼‍♀️
We had such smooth sailings back to Charlotte until we hit Knoxville, TN. Long story short… There were some pretty bad thunder storms, we hydroplaned, our axel broke 😭
4 hours of calling more people than I can count, & we got ourselves an f250 to finish the trip. We’re so thankful to have family not too far from where the incident took place who own a collision center that were able to pick up our car to get fixed!

We made it home about an hour ago - making it an almost full 48 hour trip. We’re missing all of our friends & family in Lake Benton already, but so excited to settle into our home ❤️
