🍷 W**e of the Week: Caruso & Minini Perricone 🇮🇹

Straight from Sicily, this medium-bodied red is made from 100% indigenous Perricone grapes and brings plenty of character to the glass.

Expect notes of red currant, dark cherry and plum, layered with clove, star anise, grilled herbs and a hint of licorice. Bright acidity and fine tannins lead into a savory, mineral finish.

A beautiful taste of Sicily, now pouring at Honu Oceanside. 🌊🍷

🍷 W**e of the Week: Cannonau di Sardegna

This week, we’re heading to the Mediterranean with Cannonau di Sardegna, the signature red w**e of Sardinia, Italy. 🇮🇹

Made from Cannonau, the Sardinian name for the grape known as Grenache in France and Garnacha in Spain, this warm, full-bodied red is beautifully suited to the island it calls home.

Expect ripe raspberry, plum and blackberry layered with sweet spice, to***co and hints of wild Mediterranean herbs. Soft tannins and a rich, smooth finish make it an easy w**e to linger over.

Cannonau has also become closely associated with Sardinia’s famous longevity and its remarkable population of centenarians. Whether the w**e deserves any of the credit is up for debate, but we’re certainly happy to raise a glass to it. 🍷
