In celebration of the island's melting pot of Asian and Polynesian flavors, Macadangdang brings you the best blend of traditional and modern dishes. The spark of a soft-kissed journey sizzles long through the morning
heat, until it’s time to eat. And you may not know the people around you. But dang, what they’re eating looks fine. One hundred and one years later, that spark of fusion has brought us
complex plates, delicately designed in diversity by our Filipino,
Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Chinese, and Hawaiian ancestors. Our
hats may be woven differently, but we’re all hungry – swapping stories
and flavors – so our grandparents can live another hundred and one
years.
