Roux Creole Cuisine is looking for a dishwasher/busser to join our family of fine employees. Ideal for student over 16 or anyone looking for supplemental income. Hourly wage from $16-$18 three nights a week approx 4:30-9pm. Tips included when bussing. Must be able to lift heavy pots and comfortable with interacting with guests when bussing tables. “There's been a lot of feedback about our Fat Tuesday/Every Tuesday specials so letting everyone know who is interested, Tuesday this week (like last week) will have no corkage fee for your first bottle of wine. This will include anything from Pagan Pink Ripple to Opus 1 and beyond. The Pagan Pink pairs very well with catfish btw.

We will also be making a special batch of Jambalaya for Tuesday. We will have the vegan Jambalaya on special for $20 and a special batch of Jambalaya with shrimp and andouille sausage available for $22. I've had it and it's amazing. It's not a menu item, just for you readers to know..

Last night, not unlike most nights, I was told by visitors that they didn't know we were open anymore. We are open 6 days a week. Please do me a favor, don't tell anyone, tell EVERYONE.
