Yoga Teacher and Health expert from Italy I grew up around the most delicious food, I travelled all over the world by with my Yoga business, and learned about all the different cuisines. So I can truly take your taste buds around the world as you tase my different meals.

If you have any goals you want to achieve through your diet, I work closely with a nutritionist/health coach (my beautiful wife) who can slap my hands if I drizzle to much olive oil, ;) meaning your meals are light, healthy but also tasty and nutritious.
