Tonight is the last night to grab your smash burgers as Corn School 2026 is wrapping up! Fawn River chili also makes a perfect cozy dinner! HUGE shoutout to Anthony who cheffed it up this week w/ his delicious roasted butternut squash soup, goat cheese flight & a couple of lovely mocktails! Thank you to all of our customers who stopped by to say hello & to all those who just noticed us for the first time, we hope you stop in again soon!

-Life called and we spent the morning with family (everyone is fine) instead of prepping for tonight. Sadly, NO SMASHBURGERS tonight 😪
-The shop WILL be open with hot chili and butternut squash soup
-We will be opening early Friday and the man in the backwards hat will be firing the griddle up at noon.

“It’s just like back in New York!” — A high compliment in our tiny town by multiple east coast customers who have given this testimonial time & again! It’s been on the menu since day one & if you love salmon, you need to try this light, nutritious, cold smoked salmon on a cream cheese bagel! (Capers & red onion optional…but we don’t recommend skipping!!!). A beautiful bite anytime of the day! Have you tried??

➡️Warm up this week with this velvety smooth Butternut Squash Soup with notes of Cinnamon and Apple (and a few other secrets 🤫) and topped with a swirl of cream and topped with candied bacon matchsticks. It's as good as it sounds.
