All bread is made from scratch with a 275 year-old starter from France named Louise.

Wow!! You guys truly showed up today and showed your support with a great Bread & Broth send off. I made more cinnamon rolls today than I ever have in a day and we had already sold out by 2:30pm! We are also nearly sold out of sandwich bread and are down to just our tomato basil soup from our soup menu. Thank you for showing us so much love today with a bittersweet ending. 🖤

This is the kind of support your local favorites need regularly—without you, they would cease to exist. So don’t forget to show your local businesses some love… you never know when they’re counting on you to keep their doors open.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

To all my amazing Bread & Broth supporters,

I wanted to thank you all for your continued support in the short time we’ve been open. It’s been an incredible journey that has forever changed me as a person. So, it’s with a heavy heart that I make this announcement and tell you that we will be leaving Lago Vista.

Our last day will be tomorrow, Saturday August 1st. We will not be selling whole loaves of bread tomorrow, but we will have cinnamon rolls along with our usual food menu.

Your Bread & Broth owner is obsessed with peanut butter, so this is one I’ve been eagerly looking forward to.

Another fun fact: every time I make a new specialty roll on the weekends, it’s my first time ever making it. I rarely ever try my own rolls, so I basically make new flavored rolls praying 🙏🏼 and hoping you all like them. 😅 But know this… they are always consistently prepared with care and intent. 🖤
