Dear Flavor Country Team, Community, and Valued Customers,
I want to sincerely apologize for the recent incident involving a former member of our leadership team. The behavior and messages that have come to light are completely unacceptable and do not reflect the values of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism that define Flavor Country Urban Diner. The individual is no longer with the company, and Iโve taken immediate steps to strengthen our workplace culture and safeguards.
While some online information is inaccurate, I acknowledge that certain concerns are valid and deserve to be addressed. I take full responsibility for ensuring that our restaurant is a place where every team member feels safe, valued, and respected.
Thank you to our employees and community for your continued support as we work to rebuild trust and demonstrate our commitment through our actions. Out of respect for everyone involved, I wonโt be discussing this further on social media, but please know that I am fully focused on making things right.
