WOW! I don't think last night could have been more fun! Fantastic customers, great music, and a staff that worked beautifully! What else could I ask for! What a perfect way to end the week.

This is my last post on this page. I will be switching to the Louisiana Poboys page. Thanks for all those who followed me on this page.

What a great night last night was! A good mix of dining room and bar guest. Steaks and margaritas!

Tonight is our one year anniversary at Louisiana Poboys! Charlie Rees will be playing tonight starting at 7pm! Hope to see everyone here!

Thursday night was fun but tonight is Festive Friday! The updated menu is done, unfortunately, the lobster sandwich is not on it yet, but chili colorado is! Also, baked potatoes with your prime steaks are available! The new menu will debut Saturday night for our one year anniversary at Louisiana Poboys! And don't forget, the musical stylings of Charlie Rees starts at 7pm Saturday!

Last night Audrey worked for Gya! Good job Audrey! I think Gya works tonight. I know I work tonight! Come over and entertain me! Hee Hee Hee

It's Thursday. Beginning of the work week. I'm still working on the new menu, not sure if it will be ready for Saturday. Speaking of Saturday, don't forget, Charlie Rees plays Saturday night starting at 7pm!

A lot of celebrating went on last night! It seemed like it was a week of celebrations! Lafayette had a ton of stuff going on. I would like to thank everyone for coming in the poboy shop this week!

End of the work week! ULL homecoming! Lafayette class reunion! A lot going on in Lafayette today. If you get time, come by and see us!

Last night was calm and relaxing with some quality customers! Again, steaks and margaritas were on order!

Tonight is Festive Friday! Last night was festive also! Steaks and Margaritas were the crowd favorite! We finished off my birthday bottle of Don Julio 1942! Feeling that this morning.

I forgot to post yesterday. Sorry. Don't forget the one year anniversary of the Filling Station Express at Louisiana Poboys with the music of Charlie Rees October 8th at 7pm!

We had a good night last night. I got quality visiting time with the customers. We served steaks, more Rib Eyes than Filets, and of course, margaritas.

Festive Friday was truly festive last night! My apologies to those who didn't have room at the bar to sit! Standing room only! Surprise, surprise, margaritas were the big seller!
