Sunday BBQ & Boudin: 10AM-2PM We are also a specialty meats store, using recipes from the world-famous Johnson's Grocery which was located in Eunice, Louisiana. We are located in the heart of downtown Lafayette and we make our own Smoked Sausage, Tasso, Seasoning, BBQ sauce and Beef Jerky.

Sunday BBQ & Boudin is BACK @ the Boucaniere To-Morrow (10/04)!! Sunday BBQ Plate lunches come with Sliced Brisket, a Bone-in Pork Steak, or a Pit Grilled BBQ Chicken Quarter. All plates are served with Mrs. Lou's homemade rice dressing, baked beans, corn maque choux, a slice of Evangeline Maid & our BBQ Sauce.
