Good evening Facebook family and friends..I would like to announce that I have closed Cafe Des Amis Take Out . I would like to personally thank Shawn Broaddus for his friendship and his generosity, allowing me to operate my business out of Broaddus Burger, and all those who supported me.. I'm heading back to my roots in NOLA to work for Marriott Hotel Company as Executive Chef to help lead the F&B team.. Thank you all .

Good Afternoon Fine Facebook friends and family....Wanted to share a little information on these awesome Crabcakes. The best way to describe them is : No Filler / All Thriller...Very little filling filled with a mixture of lump meat and some backfin meat. Few key ingredients with several fresh herbs.. Lightly dusted with flour and pan seared in Extra Virgin Olive Oil ... Served with Ravigote Sauce..a very New Orleans dish.. We sold these Crab Cakes at the Windsor Court when I was the Chef there.. If you try them, you will not be dissapointed...Bon Appetit

Hello wonderful Facebook family and friends, Cafe Des Amis Takeout is very excited to finally announce the opening of our new pick up location located in Lafayette, La., located at 4519 Congress Street, inside of Broaddus Burger (Congress Location). Orders will be placed at Cafe Des Amis Take Out page by clicking on the online.skytab.com link. All food orders will be made FRESH to order and will be ready for pickup or delivery in 1 to 3 business days. There will be a flat delivery rate of $20 for delivery in the Lafayette area. Shipping online is also available. We gratefully thank you for your support and look forward to serving this Awesome Foodies Community.
