Fried chicken tender with sticky peach pique hot hot sauce, fresh herbs and flowers. The kind of bite that makes people vote.
🏆 Judges’ Choice — Best Cocktail
The Foamizzle My Peachnizzle. Still gin, roasted peach syrup, lemon, honey, vanilla brown sugar foam, graham cracker crumble. Yes, that’s a real drink. Yes, it won.

August 24–30 at our Boulder, Rosedale, and Lafayette locations, $1 from every Post Margarita sold goes directly to Zero Foodprint’s Restore Grants, funding farmers and ranchers building healthy soil and regenerating our climate.

Batch #1,000 is tapping in for Colorado Month!Meet Golden Hour. 🌅

One thousand batches of beer brewed at The Post and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than with something bright, refreshing, and unapologetically citrusy.

Golden Hour is a citrus wheat ale built on a base of locally grown wheat from Root Shoot Malting in Loveland, Colorado. Orange, lime, and lemon peel steeped in the kettle. Mandarin tangerine juice powder. Blood orange and calamansi puree added mid-fermentation. The result? Aromas of lime zest and tangerine that give way to juicy sweet orange flavor with a soft, smooth finish.

One thousand batches. One thousand reasons to raise a glass. Tapped at all Post locations. 🍻
