✨ 4 YEARS AGO… A VERY SPECIAL MOMENT. 🌮❤️
Four years ago, something happened that we will never forget. 🥹
Our restaurant was recognized by The Denver Post in an article about the growing popularity of birria tacos. At that time, birria was still something new in our area, especially on the menus of Mexican restaurants. 🌮🔥
We believed in birria before it became a trend. ❤️
That recognition meant so much to us. It helped introduce our birria tacos to even more people, and little by little, we watched as more restaurants and food businesses began adding birria to their menus.
Looking back four years later, we feel incredibly grateful and proud to say that we were the first in the Tri-Town area, and among the first Mexican restaurants throughout Northern Colorado, to offer birria tacos. 🙏❤️
We have always worked hard to innovate, create something special, and distinguish ourselves from the rest.
We didn’t know it at the time, but we were watching the beginning of something that would become a huge part of Mexican food culture here in Colorado. 🌮🔥
We were there from the beginning. ❤️
Thank you to everyone who supported us, believed in us, and enjoyed our birria along the way. Four years later, we’re still proud of the little piece of Colorado’s birria story that we helped create. 🇲🇽❤️🌮
