Talk about growth, Lucia started with us 4 years ago as a crew person. With an incredible work ethic, a positive attitude, and natural leadership skills, they quickly earned a promotion to Crew Leader, and ultimately stepped up as a Manager! For the past year, Scout has been an incredible asset to our team. Stepping into the role of Crew Leader, she has consistently shown what it means to lead with kindness, dedication, and a fantastic work ethic. She tackles every shift with a positive attitude, and her leadership has made our whole team stronger.
