We’re excited to introduce a special two-week Italo-American menu featuring dishes like steak pizzaiola, pork chop, our signature lasagna, shrimp scampi, chicken Parmesan, and Sunday gravy pasta with mixed meats.
We’re creating this tribute to honor Italo-American culture and our heritage as we approach Independence Day.

Two hours. That’s all it took for us to sell out.

We’re honestly overwhelmed with gratitude. None of this would be possible without the incredible love and support that each and every one of you has shown us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Lafayette has welcomed us with so much kindness, and we feel truly blessed to be part of this community.

Your support is what inspires us to keep pushing ourselves every day, to learn more, create more, and bring you the very best we can. Seeing your excitement, your smiles, and your trust in what we do means more to us than words can express.

After years of preparation, testing, learning, and perfecting every detail, we are excited to welcome you to the first public soft opening of Panificio Sarrica.

Join us on Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st starting at 8:00 AM and experience our collection of artisan breads, handcrafted pastries, premium viennoiserie, and authentic Italian baked specialties made fresh daily.

Every loaf, every pastry, and every detail reflects our passion for traditional craftsmanship, exceptional ingredients, and the pursuit of excellence.

This soft opening gives us the opportunity to share our work with the community while we continue refining and perfecting the experience before our official grand opening.
