Café Habana City was create in Jun 21 of 2002 by a Cuban family looking for the American dream. Many family generations works and added their recipes and time to keep the business running in the competitive city of Lafayette so call the Tastiest City in the south with hundreds of Locals restaurants complementing with the vibrant Caribbean culinary traditions of Cuba ! Recently café Habana City was named one of the “top 25 Cubans Restaurants in America” by an International Travel Agency Big 7 in 2019 ! Traditional Plates like Ropa Vieja , Lechon Asado , Cuban Sandwiches , Arroz con Pollo ,Enchilado de Camarones , Media Noche combined with Moros y cristianos, Yuca Frita , Sweet Plantain ( Platanos Maduros ) and many more .
