We are officially under contract on a new space! Lease is being drafted for negotiations. We cannot sign the lease until we are funded (the process takes approximately 6-8 weeks start to finish), but we are underway on a new spot!

Update!! Our lease offer has been submitted!! Now we wait to see if it’s accepted, then move to negotiations.

Alright yall- time for my prayer warriors and energy senders. Just toured another space- owned by a company that works with a lot of the same clientele I serve, so they are very supportive of the nonprofit. The space would need minimal work to I set up for us, mostly cosmetic. New roof, new hvac, had a drive thru that was literally boarded over so could easily be put back into use, has washer / dryer hook ups, floor drains, a hood vent, and a walk in freezer. Within budget!

Located by The Charleston Center on Rivers Ave. Stand alone property. Going to start negotiations in the next few days. 🤞🙏🙌 God is good. If this is meant to be our home, he will make it happen!
