650.00 a week to rent/cilco, water,sewer yes a week (that's our Thursday and half some Friday time alone)
1700.00 a week for payroll
1000.00 average food

And I haven't taken a paycheck in months

I spoke with Joel, Sam's father, at the restaurant yesterday. He was very humbled by the outpouring support from the community! He was very thankful for everyone's monetary donations towards Sam's final expenses.

I want to thank my entire staff. I wish I could explain what it takes to prep, make and bake 75 pizzas along with calzones, wings, bread and bosco sticks. Box them up and deliver all within a certain time frame. No easy task
