Caramel Snickerdoodles and decorated "Carrots" ...Quinn decided the Peanut butter Reeses cookies topped with Reeses cereal balls and drizzled with peanut butter flavored buttercream icing because" if she topped it with crunchy cereal then moms have to let their kids have cookies for breakfast!!

The "Bakery Barn" is setting up an Easter bake sale this Friday, 4/3/2026, at McAvoy Automotive's showroom in Henry Illinois from 11am to 4pm!
Besides my Grandma Olson's soft decorated Sugar cookies (bunnies, carrots & Easter eggs) we will have Caramel Snickerdoddle's, Recesses Peanut butter cookies, Cinnamon toast crunch cookies with a cinnamon icing drizzled on top, Cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing and Fruit yeast dough braids,
You can message me to preorder or just show up 😉.
My granddaughter from Kentucky has always wanted to be here to help!
I will have white windowed candy boxes, tissue paper and ribbon for my older granddaughters to assist you if you'd like to make a gift box for someone for Easter, great to take to a nursing home and do an Easter visit with a loved one!

Taking orders for Chinese, due to helping with granddaughter today it will be Wednesday that I'll be offering Chinese this week.
Choices:
Sweet & Sour Chicken or Mongolian Beef
Fried or White rice
Crab Rangoon or Pork Egg roll
$12 each meal
Dessert is cherry topped cheese cake $6 a slice
Serving Wednesday from 2 pm to last customer.

The next Bakery barn Chinese food event will be February 24th due to my granddaughter having surgery next week and family visiting. Thank you for your patience. I'll post menu and desserts later next week.

A Customer asked if she could purchase my homemade Pork Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon to fry up for Super bowl. If anyone else would like to order let me know by February 1st they will be packaged in a freezer zip bag frozen, made fresh week before:)
