A huge THANK YOU to Around The Poconos for coming out to Lackawaxen and featuring The Inn! We had such a great time welcoming their team and showing them a little of what we’ve been working so hard to build here along the Delaware. ❤️

But we especially want to thank all of YOU who recommended The Inn to them! We’ve heard from so many guests, friends and members of our community who have been spreading the word, sharing our posts and telling others about us, and it truly means more than you know.

We’re still working every day to make The Inn better, and seeing the support we’ve received from this community has been incredibly encouraging.

And of course, thank you to our amazing staff who made this happen. The full house, live music, great food, drinks and smiling faces helped show exactly what a beautiful weekend at The Inn can look like. ☀️🎶🍹

🎥 We’re excited to welcome Around The Poconos to The Inn this afternoon as they stop by during the live music to shoot a segment featuring us!

They are a community-driven guide showcasing local restaurants, attractions, hidden gems and adventures throughout the Pocono Mountains, and we’re excited to have them visiting Lackawaxen and spending part of their Saturday with us.

We also want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. ❤️

Since taking over The Inn, so many of our guests, friends and members of the community have recommended us, shared our posts, brought friends back with them and helped spread the word about what we’re building here. And a huge thank you to our staff, who continue to work hard every week to make The Inn a place people want to visit and recommend. We truly appreciate every single one of you.

If you haven’t been to The Inn at Lackawaxen lately, we’ve got plenty of reasons to come hungry this weekend!

Our kitchen has been turning out some incredible new dishes, and here is a little preview 👀

A few you’ll definitely want to try:

🍅 Burrata — Cherry tomato jam, wild arugula, toast points - a perfect start to dinner

🍗 Roasted Half Chicken — one of our most popular dishes, served with roasted potatoes, house vegetables & herbed au jus

🍝 Summer Pasta — fresh fettuccine, with lemon-butter herb sauce, and your choice of shrimp or chicken

🥩 Pan-Seared Pork Chop — hearty, beautifully seared and quickly becoming another favorite

🐟 Farro Island Salmon — a great choice if you’re in the mood for something a little lighter
