Showcasing our Margarosita Flight, an extended pairing of our Sweet Reality Rosé, as well as our Long Rapids Iced Tea Flight, an extended pairing of our Barrel Aged Edelweiss. Lori Burrone, pictured, thought of a clever way to utilize our new Panini & Pizza Melt Boxes in order to better present our Deluxe Sprout-Sized Board, and it turned out stunning! The Violetta Dolce is one of the most popular mixology wine cocktails, year to year, to come out of our winery estate, featuring our Semi Dry Edelweiss 2018. Originally a cocktail to commemorate Mother’s Day and the spring weather, it has since continued to extend its endearing legacy for all who visit our establishment, highlighting the beauty and celebration of creativity and community here within the pines amongst the vines.

These are some of the vines we have tended to since we’ve established them in 1998, nearly 30 years ago - vines that you drive by on your way in and have the option of viewing with our outdoor seating options. We’ve grown as people, as friends, as family alongside these vines. We find great value in extending this story with you, alongside our creativity, passion, and the experience we strive to share with all of our guests.
