Today, we celebrate the freedoms, opportunities, and the incredible community that make this country so special. We are truly grateful to call this place home and thankful for the opportunity to serve our amazing customers year after year.

As we spend time with our families and celebrate the holiday, Mi Pueblo will be CLOSED today, July 4th. We will reopen with our regular business hours tomorrow, Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and we look forward to serving you then!

Thank you to our loyal customers and the wonderful community for your continued support. We appreciate each and every one of you and wish you a safe, fun, and memorable Fourth of July.

Of course, your safety comes first. All alcohol purchases would require a valid government-issued ID at the time of purchase and again upon delivery. We would only deliver to customers 21 years of age or older, and all state and local alcohol laws would be strictly followed.

Extra thankful today.

It takes a village. ❤️

After a long day at the restaurant, the work doesn’t always stop. I’m incredibly grateful for these amazing friends and family who stayed after hours to help me burn, sand down and install wood trim to bring a little more character and warmth to Mi Pueblo.

Building a small business is never a one-person job. Behind every improvement, every late night, and every dream, there are people willing to lend a hand, share a laugh, and support the vision.
