communities, and the environment. Meeting Your Needs
We strive to meet your needs in our multiple campus locations. Gertrude’s Café for a hearty, healthy meal from one of our 5 delicious stations: Market Deli made to order sandwiches, Pizza Counter, Showcase Sauté, Grill, and Build-Your-Own Salad Bar. Each station features a weekly special you won't want to miss. We also offer 2 daily soup specials and an array of delicious desserts. When you’re in a hurry we’ve got you covered with our made fresh daily Grab-N-Go options including but not limited to italian meat trio sandwiches, chicken caesar salad and vegan hummus wraps. We recognize the lifestyle choices & allergies that require specific or limited foods and work to menu options for all our guests. Keep an eye out for our COR icons on the menu letting you know what menu items are special diet friendly. At our Monk's Bean location in Harned Hall grab a hot coffee, nutritious smoothie, or seasonal drink special. You will find our bakery case filled with delicious donuts, pastries and savory rolls from Essential and Marsee Bakeries. We also have Grab-N-Go snacks and meals available including the daily soup special, and will happily heat your sandwich for you.
