It's a beautiful morning and breakfast is ready!
Today's menu is meat frittata with pork sausage, cheddar cheese and focaccia croutons, local blueberry scones and banana muffins, juicy yellow watermelon & berries, dried figs, mixed nuts and chocolate raisins, sweet apple juice, lemon infused water, and hot, local brew coffee.

We catered two weddings today!

Congratulations to G & L!
The sweetest couple - surrounded by loving family - it was a perfect wedding!

I didn't manage to get any photos of our catering but was able to capture the beautiful decor and dessert set up by their coordinator and baker - everything comes together when you hire the right team!

Great to be back at Hillside Lavender Farm - it's a beautiful venue, such a hidden gem!

We did it again!
It's always exciting when this annual event comes up - there was a month of planning, 4 days of prep and then the ovens went on at 4am and all 500 servings were out the door by 10:30!
We look forward to this every summer and I'm always grateful that they're willing to donate leftovers to the Drexel house, which is one of our preferred shelters for food donations.
We didn't make this cake but I liked it, and it was the only picture I managed to take!

Big or small. We do it all!

Today's lunch was for the graduates (and their mentors) of Leadership University!

The menu was coconut citrus curry chicken, turmeric, sweet pepper and peanut rice, organic salad, fluffy pita and cupcakes for dessert.

We are happy to accommodate special diets, and will provide options for everyone to enjoy the meal!let it be EZ for you!

This was a tough one to photograph but the comments of "Oh I smell bacon!" make up for that.

Chicken breast stuffed with feta, spinach, caramelized onions, and sweet peppers, topped with bacon. Served with roasted potatoes, organic salad, and berry apple pie!
