The strawberry cream cheese cruffins, lemon blueberry cruffins, and chocolate mousse cruffins are so much sharper looking than before! I love the clear margins of the croissant layers with the soft golden color of the crust. It really helps that the Kilter Crew are superb at decorating as well! And we can still make it even better soon!

Well… the sourdough won today. 😅🍞

We had a serious sourdough fail this morning, and rather than send out bread and pastries that aren’t up to our standards, we decided to close for today.

Sometimes even the starter has a bad day. 😂

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support! We’ll be back at it tomorrow, hopefully with happy, fluffy sourdough. ❤️

Here’s a hint: several of the recent comments on our posts agree. Our stuff has been getting scarily good lately. It’s hard not to grab one for ourselves on the way out the door, but we don’t want to contribute to us running out too early.
