Clear us out, will you? Y’all buy all the new stuff so quick I can’t get pictures of them! But for the holiday season our specialty Danishes are becoming the most popular, with our pumpkin and coffee cake Danishes hitting that autumn feel perfectly. And you know they go great with a hot latte.

Our cruffins finally got the love they deserve! We spent so much time perfecting our other pastries that the cruffins kinda got left behind the charge. But we finally had time to work on mastering the cruffin’s butter layers, dough texture, proofing rise, and crispy crust. If you haven’t had them in a while, you might be pleasantly surprised! Everything is perfectly light and crispy, with our unique Texas bite in the middle. Just the right amount of chocolate to balance out the buttery pastry dough. We are getting close…

Our sourdough bread loaves have gotten so much better this week! One small change and our oven spring nearly doubled! This rosemary, garlic and olive oil loaf benefitted the most, as it needed help staying together amidst the oil. Super happy with the results!
