I have been receiving text messages asking when will Rellenos be open again. People so kindly have been checking Rellenos page for updates. I have been asked to just cook at home and deliver, which makes my heart sooooo happy!!!
Well, the truth is I don’t have a set time, but I do have some exciting news. I met a chef today and he said he was interested in helping me for catering, special events or even just for us to open every other weekend. I’m hoping to spend sometime cooking with him and see if we can work as a team!
Please don’t forget about us! Please don’t give up on us! Our goal is to reopen as soon as possible!

Dear Customers,

I’ve been dreading to make this announcement, but it is inevitable. Rellenos & More will be put on hold for a while.

We are not closing forever, but we are closing for an estimated 6-12 months. We need to build capital so that we can hire a staff and we can offer more items on the menu. Our heart still set on making Rellenos work!!!

Unfortunately, bills happen and this business is not a one person show. I need a staff to give better service.

Please don’t forget about us! We will be back. Hopefully, within a few months we can join the La Vernia Market Days!!!🌻

Please know that your love and support has meant and means the world to me!!!
It was a fun adventure that I can’t wait to do again, but this time around better prepared!

Hey, I can still cook for a few days. If you would like my food one more time send me a message! I’m just home waiting for my next step! I can definitely cook a few orders until I start working again.

Dear customers,
We are working on the air vent and water heater. As soon as they are up and running I’ll reopen. Hopefully, it’ll get resolved before Friday!! I miss cooking and visiting with y’all! Fingers crossed!!! 😃

I am in the process of finding a new spot to park. I love our current location and the landlord is super nice. However, business is not picking as it should and today and possibly tomorrow I’ll be using my time to find a place in town. I love this business and I truly want to make it work! Please don’t give up on me! Pray I find the perfect location!
I so very much want to stay in La Vernia! Love this little town!
