Birria tacos were a huge hit on our food trailer however it still remains taboo to a lot of people. We took them off the menu to make way for new fun foods but we will bring them back in a few weeks. If you have never heard of or seen birria tacos here they are and yes thats me stuffing my fat mouth with these suckerers!
