We strive to source our beans from fairly traded and environmentally sustainable farms and co-ops from around the world, and roast them to perfection, based on each varieties own unique characteristics, on our trusty old Diedrich 7 kilo roaster. Quick and easy parking allows you to swing on in for a cup and a cinnamon roll or sandwich to take on your way to Zion National Park, or stay a while and enjoy some lively conversations and the breathtaking views that our back deck offers of the Virgin River canyon unfolding in front of you.
