POV: you ordered an entire restaurant. ✨

Turns out, it does not arrive assembled.

We’ve been a little quiet over here, but Nova definitely hasn’t been. This week: chairs, lighting, kitchen equipment, fixtures, and approximately 400 cardboard boxes, and a rapidly disappearing amount of floor space.

Please send box cutters. 😂

New sign. New business. New beginning.
Proud to complete the signage installation for the upcoming NOVA Restaurant. Wishing them nothing but success as they get closer to opening their doors!

Thank you MCS Advertising for another project our teams were able to performed together!

A little bit of old. A little bit of new.

Today, our sign officially went up, and inside, the original hard floors are being brought back to life.

One of our favorite parts of this project has been finding ways to preserve the character of this historic building while creating a space that feels entirely its own. We’re getting closer every day, and we can’t wait to welcome you in. ✨

It’s been a busy month at Nova.

While we’ve been a little quiet online, we’ve been anything but. The exterior is nearly finished, the interior finishes are finally falling into place, and we’re putting together all the details that will shape the Nova experience from day one.

Along with construction, we’ve been building the parts you don’t always see: finalizing our menus, developing our training, refining our service and preparing for opening day.

For everyone who has joined after seeing our Market Guide ad, welcome!
We’re so glad you’re here.

We’ll be sharing more photos and updates soon. Thanks for following along with Nova! ✨

✨A quick Nova update ✨

For months, Nova has been plans, drawings, meetings, decisions, and construction.

Now we’re getting to the fun part.

We’re starting to build our team.

The finishes are coming together, things are moving quickly, and every week Nova feels less like a construction project and a little more like a restaurant.

Right now, we’re focused on connecting with back-of-house talent. If you’re interested in being part of Nova from the beginning, we’ve included a short interest form below.

Front-of-house opportunities will be shared in the coming weeks, but resumes are always welcome at [email protected]

We’re looking forward to meeting the people who will help bring Nova to life!✨

We interrupt your regularly scheduled construction content for little Basque cheesecakes.

Things are moving quickly over here lately, so consider this a tiny dessert intermission before we return to drywall, dust, and digging up utility lines! ✨

Windows and doors are officially in at Nova, and the whole space feels different already. Bright, open, and finally starting to show the atmosphere we’ve been imagining from the beginning. ✨

Big Week at Nova!

Drywall is officially going up, and the space is finally starting to feel less like a construction site and more like the restaurant we’re been imaging all along.

Still lots to do, but watching this old building comeback to life has been pretty incredible. ✨

A small preview of what we’ve been working on.

We brought a few people in for a private tasting— to try things, refine, and see what holds.

Not everything you see here will make the final menu… but each dish is part of something bigger taking shape.

The stars are aligning, and we are getting closer! ✨
