Well our post about the tenderloins went over well. We made double the amount that we usually do and still sold out 4 days early. So we’re sad to say we are out of tenderloins until Tuesday. We will make even more next week!

One thing you might not know about our house made tenderloins is that Dayne and his dad Jim come together every Tuesday and spend hours cutting, tenderizing and breading them from whole loins. We apologize for being closed tonight, however our ac is the hardest working appliance in that place and it decided to destroy itself. Within minutes it was in the 80s inside. It took a few hours for Shayn to get it going but we are up and running, however it’s 90 degrees in the bar so it’ll take all night for our best employee to cool the place down. We will plan to be open Tuesday at 11 for lunch. Willing that our hard working girl pulls through the night.
