The original Obee’s opened in Ottawa nearly two decades ago. Even after all this time, I still remember all the people who came together to make it happen. Many of them literally helped build, paint, and furnish that first shop. It was a scary time, but this outpouring of support from the original Obeeville family made all the difference.
Over the years, we’ve opened shops and closed shops, supported nonprofits and local sports teams, and built bonds that will last a lifetime. There were many highs and many lows. But despite it all, Obeeville continued to grow. It was a wild ride; it’s been a great 19 years.
Since our announcement last month, we’ve been blown away by all your Obeeluv. We’re so happy that we could be a part of all of your lives. Thank you, thank you, thank you for letting us serve you. We wish you and yours the best.
