Big B BBQ back at Big Lots today, we sold out of ribeye yesterday pretty quick so I smoked way more today. Smoked Ribeye wraps and Smoked Ribeye Italian Beefs. Serving 11 to 2 or sold out!!

So I did a test on these new Stoaked BBQ Pellets. This is the start of my cook at around 9 pm yesterday and the second pic is at around 9 this morning. The third pic is at about 3:15. I have a 20 pound hopper and from 9 last night to 9 this morning I was running at 225 and then from 9 to 3 250. With my normal pellets I would of used 18 pounds. As you can see I am saying 10 pounds but it isnt really half so it under 10. I had about 104 pounds of brisket cooking.
