Hojicha! Out with a new cookie collab with Haus of Le Kookee ( a Kookee Batch Co.) made with our Hojicha, a Roasted Green tea from Japan. This is a brown butter chocolate chip cookie, full of delicious morsels 🤤 Hojicha is warm, earthy, nutty in flavor, very low caffeine so it's great for the afternoon and evening. Tea & Cookie makes a great combo!
Hojicha & Matcha are very different, made from different parts of the plant and processed very differently...more details coming soon. Stay tuned for more!
