Our good friend John Jenkins gave us an idea...

We stopped selling turkey just because it wasn't moving enough. At iver 4.50 lb raw it gets expensive. It's the hidden gem of any BBQ restaurant.
It's really the true test of a BBQ Spot.

With a small window of Overcooking it and Window of undercooked... it has to be hit right on the head.

So with our left over Turkey we are making Smoked turkey Chopped Salad.

Filled with Eggs, Onions, Fresh dill, Pickles and other herbs.

Will be sold in A 16oz Bowl ready Grab and Go.
