🧡🖤 WHAT. A. WEEK. 🖤 🧡 This one is personal. 🧡

Dustin isn’t just one of our chefs. He isn’t just someone who has worked beside us, created some pretty incredible food, made us laugh, and occasionally driven us crazy. 😂

Dustin is family. He is part of the Bistro family.

And when someone in your family is facing a fight like this, you don’t stand on the sidelines. You show up. You love them. You fight right alongside them.

This past week, that’s exactly what all of YOU did.

Dustin’s Greatest Hits Week was an incredible success. You packed the Bistro, ordered his creations and favorites, rounded up at the register, shared our posts, asked about him and reminded us over and over again what an amazing community we are lucky enough to call home.

Because of all of you, we will be giving Dustin and his family a BIG check from this week. 🧡

And I don’t know if there are really words big enough to say how much that means to us.

Running the Bistro has never just been about serving food. It’s about people. It’s about knowing the faces that walk through our door, celebrating the good days together and showing up for each other during the hard ones.

This is one of those times when we show up.

And we’re not finished yet. 🤘

🎸 ROCK THE FIGHT

We’re going to come together again for Dustin and his family, and we hope you’ll be there with us.

Until then, stop into the Bistro and grab a raffle ticket, Rock the Fight wristband or koozie. Every single one helps us keep supporting someone who means so much to our little Bistro family.

Dustin, you’ve fed a lot of people from our kitchen. You’ve made people happy with your food, your creativity and just being you.
