Decided to enter a pie contest today with an experimental pie! First time making it and never tasted it beforehand. It only took about 15 hours đŸ˜‚

Slow smoked, cheesy, bbq pulled pork and homemade crust, all under some golden brown cornbread.

I didn't win the contest but one of the judges bought the rest to take home! That's a win to me!

Might be adding this to the menu.

Hey guys!

This Sunday, September 6th, we'll be at The Soybean Festival in La Plata!

We won't be at the park, we'll be located a couple blocks north at the Tractor Pull! We'll be there around 10:30am- all day!

We're gonna be serving up our delicious RIBS and pulled pork nachos!

You guys sure kept me busy over the weekend! I ended up smoking and delivering 180 pork steaks!

We reached 180 pork steaks total! That's insane!

So we are no longer taking orders for this weekend.

If we pass 100, we will randomly select 1 customer and they'll get their order for free! Whether it be 1 pork steak or 10, it's on us!

You have to order at least 1 pork steak to enter!

I asked you guys last week what you wanted next and there was a clear winner!

We're selling pork steaks $8 a piece.

Please get your orders in by this Thursday, August 13th. I'll be delivering them on Sunday, August 16th.

Smoked slow and vacuum sealed. Perfect for tossing in the freezer and cooking another time. IF they make it through the night.

I'll be selling pulled pork for $10 per pound again!

All orders will be delivered on **Sunday, March 22nd** and I'll be taking orders until Thursday evening, March 19th!

Each order will put you in a drawing to WIN an additional 5 POUNDS of pulled pork!! That's a deal.
