We're serving up a hearty pasta dish packed with flavor and featuring a unique local ingredient!

Our Italian Sausage Penne starts with garlic, onions, bell peppers, savory Italian sausage, and locally sourced Lion's Mane mushrooms from Deschutes Gourmet Mushrooms. Everything is sautéed to perfection, then simmered in a rich and creamy pink sauce (marinara + cream) and served over penne pasta with a generous topping of Parmesan cheese.

🍄 A special shoutout to Deschutes Gourmet Mushrooms for providing the beautiful Lion's Mane mushrooms featured in this week's special.

Dessert is a lemon bar with a pomegranate glaze.
