Little snack before dinner......Lightly aged pork prosciutto and Sicilian creamy Havarti cheese roll-ups with fresh basil. Accompanied with Tomato Salad made from fresh Romano sweet delicious tomatoes, marinated artichoke, red onion, oregano, basil topped with extra virgin olive oil and Pecorino Romano imported from Italy, lightly seasoned with garlic and Italian spices. Now that is a mouth full!! :)

Joey's Sicilian Kitchen doin' up some fresh, homemade pizza! This creation is entitled: Joey's Garlic Basil Lover's Cheese Pizza. Fresh Roma Tomato Sauce, Roma Tomatoes and Basil straight from Joey's garden, along with mozzarella, Romano, Parmesan cheeses, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Served with a light garden salad topped with fresh homemade special Italian dressing made from a 100 year old secret recipe. OH YEAH!! Good stuff!!
