We want to share an important evolution for the Ambrogio family. After December 31st, Ambrogio by Acquerello will conclude its chapter on Fay Avenue to pave the way for a new journey. Executive Chef Enea Sintoni, Sous Chef Filippo Giglio, and General Manager Mariana Dib will join the team at Ambrogio15 Pacific Beach to lead an exciting culinary transformation. Our team will reimagine the menu and refresh the space, blending modern Italian cuisine with the signature quality pizza that has made Ambrogio15 a local favorite.
This decision allows us to streamline operations, enhance our flagship restaurant, and focus on new and ambitious projects, including the upcoming opening of Ambrogio15 at the San Diego International Airport in 2025, alongside other ventures currently in development.
We’re deeply proud of everything we’ve achieved at Ambrogio by Acquerello, including the acknowledgment from the Michelin Guide, and are immensely grateful to our guests. As we look ahead, we remain committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and continuing to push the boundaries of Italian cuisine in San Diego and beyond.
