Looking for a little more movement, challenge and technique in your week? Join Rono the Tai Chi Guy Thursday evenings at The Mineshaft!

This class is open to all ages and skill levels, with a technique-focused approach to Tai Chi. Students work through movement, form, balance, coordination and technique at an active pace, while keeping the class approachable for those who are brand new.

Whether you're just curious about Tai Chi or looking to build your skills and deepen your practice, come give it a try!

Thursdays • 6:30–7:30pm

All ages & experience levels welcome.

Your first class is FREE!

NEXT WEEK - Kickboxing is moving to Tuesday nights!

Looking for a fun way to move, get stronger, burn off some stress, and maybe hit a few things in a socially acceptable manner? 😆 Come join us!

Tuesdays • 6–8pm at The Mineshaft

No experience needed. No certain fitness level required. Just show up, move at your own pace, learn something new, and have some fun.

Beginners are absolutely welcome and so are those who already know their way around a pair of gloves.
