Whether you're brand new to yoga or you've been practicing for years, you belong here.

Come as you are, and wherever you are on your journey.

This is a safe, welcoming place to breathe, stretch, learn, practice, and step away from the daily grind of the world for a little while.

No perfection. No pressure. Just space to move, breathe, and be.

Yoga with Lotti
Wednesdays at 9:30 AM
Beginning September 9

Classes are donation-based, with a suggested donation of $10.

Bring your own yoga mat if you have one - or use one provided here if needed.
