Pretty cool to know that Ino's taco Mexican blend has made it all the way to Texas, Indiana, Detroit, Vermont, Florida, California, Arizona and Wyoming.

My ideas are plenty, and my goals are endless.
Today, I want to take a moment to thank ME.
Thank me for never giving up. Thank me for continuing to dream, create, bake, cook, and find new ways to make gluten-free, celiac-safe food items available to all of you.
What started from a need in my own family has grown into something so much bigger. Every new recipe, every new product, every late night, every crazy idea—it all comes from my heart and my desire to make life a little easier and safer for those living gluten-free.
I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m even more excited about where I’m going.
My ideas are plenty. My goals are endless. And I’m not done yet.
Thank you all for believing in me, supporting me, and allowing me to continue doing what I love.

Ok you already know we sell yummy Mexican food and then some. Which is EXACTLY why I post so much about our desserts. It's important that we're a one stop shop for you. I'm just here trying to make your life easy filled with good food. Celiac safe of course. Also f**k gluten free oats! You'll never see that s**t in our establishment.
