Good Morning, folks! Catherine Creek Dairy wanted me to let you know that they've brought several new cows on this month so they have lots of milk again! šŸ„›šŸ„›
And for those of you who are new here... Catherine Creek Dairy is a small dairy in Union County that is dedicated to providing high quality local milk for their customers. Their high emphasis on cleanliness and their attention to detail has made their whole milk a go to product for many of our customers. Batch pasteurization allows them to keep close tabs on the quality as well. Caleb bottles the milk in glass bottles that are reusable-they can be returned and they sanitize and reuse them as much as possible. The dairy has recently hired a crew that takes great care of their cow herd, using natural products for healing when possible. They are using local feed raised in the Grande Ronde Valley.
$5/half gallon (plus a bottle deposit of $3)
