All good things eventually must come to an end, after 7.5 years we have made the difficult decision to close the Eagles Nest effective February 1, 2025. We will still host the large groups and parties we have on the books in January and February. We will take this time to clean out our equipment and inventory and try to sell and salvage what we can.
Tracy and I would like to recognize all the dedicated staff we have had through the years, a few of whom have added more than their fair share to my head full of grey hair! In particular, I would like to call out David and Haily for their dedication and hard work over the last few months as I dealt with a difficult medical condition. Thank you all!
We would also like to thank all the customers and fans we have met throughout the years, without you we would not have made it out of Covid and where we are today! I have so many stories I won’t be able to list them all here, but Ian, sorry you never won any of the Monday drawings and Tim, I can’t believe you missed out on the PS5. Steve, I am going to miss your poetic wit (I think we still have the 12 Days of Xmas at the Nest hanging up in the back!). Larry and your impossible trivia; Chad and Angela for flipping the tables on me at a recent concert; Amy and Chip for making sure the ping pong table always had supplies; Amy and Sam for lining the bar with pull tabs for me clean up in the morning. And finally, one of the first days I took over, I had a customer come up to me and tell me I better not **** this up. I hope I held up my end of the bargain Mike.
