We are still thinking about our time with back in early August. As the featured guest restaurant and chef, we put together a menu that we do best, highlighting seasonal produce from local area farms like Meadowlark Farm

The event brought us back to our roots. If you didn't know Sagra in its beginning, we were only a pop-up featuring a multi-course, family-style meal to be passed and shared around the table, bringing together friends and family.

While we have evolved, we still offer it today. Bring your friends and your family to our table, and be sure to order the Mitchel Market Menu.

Every Monday we roll the meatballs: Grind the beef; Soak the Stale Bread; Add the Herbs & Spices; Sear & Simmer to comfort level 10. Every Monday we celebrate meatball. Every Monday. Fantino Bros. "LABORO"

Kale yeah, it's the weekend!

Mint and kale are in abundance from Owl Bluff Farm, and you will see them used in a few dishes across the menu! Kale is highlighted in our variation of our classic Spicy Caesar and in our Chicken Ragu.

We are also pulling out fresh loaves of our handmade sourdough and our basil and garlic sausage.

Don't forget a bottle of wine, the BIGARO, is still one of our favorites of the season. We said it before, and we will say it again: Strawberry Boat Soda.
