📣 CHANGE OF PLANS FOR TOMORROW — SATURDAY, AUGUST 29!

We’ve got some good news and bad news… bad news first. 😂

👎 Bad news: We’ll be closing a little early tomorrow at 5 PM instead of 7 PM.

👍 Good news: We’re making up for it by OPENING EARLY AT 9 AM! 🙌

After we wrap up at Brunch’d, we’re heading to Ridgefield to support our daughter and School of Rock Vancouver, WA as they perform at the Bottles, Barrels & Backbeats event! 🎸🎶

The event is hosted by our friends over at Ridgefield Craft Brewing Co. and Ridgefield Wine Bar, and we’re excited to get out there, support the school, enjoy some live music, and cheer them on!

So come see us tomorrow starting at 9 AM, grab some brunch, and if you’re looking for something fun to do afterward, head over to Ridgefield and check out Bottles, Barrels, and Backbeats

🥓 “Wait… you’re a brunch truck and you don’t have BACON?!” 😂

We get asked this one A LOT.

And technically… we do. We just refuse to take the easy way out.

At Brunch’d, we truly believe that when you can make something from scratch, you should. So instead of buying regular bacon and throwing it on the griddle, we start with pork belly and smoke it ourselves.

And trust us… once you’ve had our smoked pork belly, regular bacon just doesn’t hit the same. 🤤🔥

Thick. Smoky. Tender. Crispy in all the right places.

It takes more time. It takes more work. But that’s kind of the point.

Scratch-made food just hits different.

So no, you probably won’t find traditional bacon on our menu anytime soon…

We think we upgraded it. 😏🥓

Just wanted to thank the city and community of La Center for all the support since we moved Brunch’d Food Truck up this way.
You never really know what to expect when relocating, but everyone has truly outdone themselves making our family feel so welcome. The kindness and support you’ve shown our us during this move has meant more than we can say.
We hope you’ve enjoyed what you’ve gotten from us so far as much as we’ve enjoyed getting to know so many of you already. The overwhelming support has been both unexpected and exactly what we needed.
Can’t wait for everything still to come and to be part of the growth in this area. Thank you, La Center! We’re so glad to be here! ❤️
