🌅🍑 GOOD MORNING FROM THE COPPER PEACH 🍑🌅

The sun is coming up over L’Anse, the smokers are already rolling, and another day of BBQ is underway.

A few weeks ago, this was still a dream. Today, we get to unlock the doors, fire up the pits, and serve this incredible community once again.

Thank y’all for the support, the patience, the sold-out days, the reviews, and for welcoming us the way you have. We don't take it for granted.

🔥 SOLD OUT AGAIN! 🔥

Y’all did it.

We officially sold out and made it all the way to 6PM today! 🍑🔥

That may not sound like much to some folks, but compared to the last couple of days, that's a big step forward for us. We're learning, adjusting, smoking more meat, and getting better at predicting just how hungry the U.P. is for great BBQ.

Thank you to every single person who came through our doors today. The support has been incredible, and we're grateful for every order, every kind word, and every recommendation to friends and family.

Tomorrow we'll do it all again — with another round of increasing production and continuing to dial things in.

The smokers are rolling, the crew is ready, and we’re excited to do it all again today.

We want to thank everyone for the incredible support during our opening week. The response has been far beyond anything we expected, and we’re working hard every day to increase production and keep up with demand.

A quick reminder: BBQ is a little different than most restaurants. Our meats are smoked low and slow, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. We are making more food every day and continuing to adjust, but some items may still sell out as we dial things in.

If there’s something you’ve had your eye on, don’t wait too long 😄

The support these past few days has honestly blown us away. We came into this soft opening trying to estimate demand for true low-and-slow BBQ, and the community response has been bigger than we ever imagined.

Tomorrow we go again — with another round of increasing the food supply, more smokers rolling, and more lessons learned.
